B’laster Holdings Acquires Casite
Cleveland, Ohio, August 26, 2021– B’laster Holdings announced today the acquisition of Casite, a globally distributed and recognized brand of premium maintenance chemicals and innovative tire repair products. Casite is best known for Motor Honey™ oil and maintenance treatments and EZ Connect Tire Repair™emergency tire inflator and leak sealer.

B’laster Holdings was formed in 2020 following the acquisition of AC Avalanche by B’laster Corporation (now B’laster LLC). Its brand portfolio now includes AC Avalanche, B’laster and Casite. The new structure provides strategic and operational flexibility to enable the company to continue serving its retail and distribution customers and, ultimately, users who are looking for products that work.
